Goals
Don't lose weight for the wedding or the reunion or for any other occasion. Lose weight for yourself and for FOREVER The problem with losing weight for an occasion is that when the occasion is over, then what? The motivation for losing weight wanes and the possiblility exists for going back to your old habits. Ask yourself this question "What's more important, losing the weight for an occasion (wedding, prom, reunion) or for losing weight for the most important thing, YOU?"
