Holi-DAYS

Hi
Just a few tips for the Holidays
Drink lots of water
Don't go hungry
Use a samll plate
Take just enough, remember they are not taking the food away
Concentrate on who you are with, not the food
Pass on the butter, you have gravy lol
NO elastic waist pants!
