Welcome to Losing Weight with Elizabeth! 

We provide a personal approach to weight loss using the "banking method." 
Our goal is to help individuals lose weight only once and then maintain that weight loss through a maintenance "lite" program.  That means you are basically eating the amount of food required to maintain your weight loss goal.
