One bagel (except for true whole wheat and true 7 grain) with cream cheese is like having a big slice of birthday cake for breakfast! Seriously it's all bad and don't get me started on granolla bars becasue they are bad for you as well.
My weekday breakfast is either:
1. Original oatmeal w/ a bannana
or
2. Home made berry salad (black, red, blue and straw) w a bananna and a low fat yogurt
